Today everyone, is my Birthday! So far, I'm having a great day. I'm full of birthday cake, and I'm gearing up to do some serious drinking tonight. This evening, my girlfriend and I were on Facebook, and one of my Nigerian friends invited me to join his group: The New Uhrobo. So I joined, and found other related groups, and I found the Uhrobo Wah Do group. Now, Uhrobo is my tribe where I come from. It is located in midwest Nigeria in the Delta of the Ethiope River. I am from Abraka, a city in the region. We browsed all the members, and I found a lot of people that I know, or I know their parents, and other relatives. And to my surprise, I found my cousins also. I felt so relieved to see their pictures, and to know that they're okay. I know for sure that we'll keep in touch now. If I had known this earlier, I would have done this to establish communication between us since we're so stretched out across the globe. But as always, seeing all of this makes me homesick. I am visiting soon, though so I can eat some white soup with garri. (I'll explain this later.) So right now on my birthday, I'm overjoyed to know my people are united!

I wonder if anybody else has been watching "Flavor of Love Girls: Charm School." I'm just... dumbfounded. These girls acted worse on this show than they did on FOL the first time! But, I'm rooting for Leilene the most, because she's changed the most, and I admire her courage for accepting who she is and loving herself. She's also become stronger and more independent. But.. I'm so damned glad that Larissa is gone! She's so beautiful, but her attitude just messes everything up. Monique told her numerous times to grow up, but she just wouldn't listen. She wanted to do her own thing and hoped that everybody else would just automatically jump on her side. But her mouth.. not her ass got her off the show this time. But, I do like her.. and I miss her being on there. Can't wait until the reunion. Until then, GO LEILENE!
